Advocate Neamatullah was a renowned social worker and was involved in social activities throughout his life. He established social service complex in his village Shikarpur. Which includes Shikarpur Neamat Government Primary School (1986), Shikarpur Wazediya Forkaniya Madrasa (1988), Shikarpur Baitul Aman Jame Masjid (1989), Government Shikarpur Community Clinic (2004) on own land, Social Forestry with more than 300 trees, Cemetery, Vast Lake Innumerable developmental works including digging fish farming system and construction of roads. He was elected and served as the Vice President of Anjuman Mofidul Islam Foundation Cumilla Branch. He and his wife performed Hajj in 1997 and 2012.

General Committee / Trustee
This committee will be conducted by the Chairman and he or his nominee will be the head of all the committee of the Foundation. He must have his approval to accept all kinds of concessions and grants.
Managing Committee
The Committee shall consist of at least fifteen members and shall be conducted by the President. However, it is mandatory to have Imam of Baitul Aman Mosque of Shikarpur Village, Headmaster of Neamat School, Member, Chairman of UP No. 4, President of Community Clinic, Khadem of Sufia Madrasa, Founder Family and Members. The tenure of this committee is two years.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall constitute a committee of minimum three members for each service program and ensure accountability. At least one of them should be drawn from underprivileged communities and preferably women. Each member of this committee will receive remuneration from service profits (if any) every year / on completion of service period. The tenure of this committee shall be at least one year or according to the length of service.
